Here's how it works:
For 7 days, Jan 20-26, participants will challenge themselves (and each other!) to eat at least 5 veggies or fruits each day.
7 days? 7 colors in the rainbow! Each day of the challenge will highlight a different color so you can explore and experiment with all the amazing options.
Here's what you get:
Included in your welcome packet: 7 day veggie and fruit tracker, tips for your success.
During the challenge: Color-coded vegetable and fruit resource sheets, daily lessons with fun facts, and a private FB community to share pics, recipes, wins and fails.
Here are some ground rules:
Participants must post at least one picture per day.
Participants must complete the daily log for at least 5 days.
Prioritize veggies. Participants must try at least one new vegetable over the course of the challenge.
Bring curiosity to the table, limit negative self-talk.
Here's what happens when the challenge is over:
Participants will enjoy the feeling of making progress with their nutrition, not obsessing over perfection.
Participants will feel motivated to keep experimenting with veggies and fruits.
Participants will receive a certificate of completion to hang on the fridge.
Participants will be entered into a drawing to receive a FREE 30 day coaching package so they can keep focused on their goals.
